The National Toxicological Information Center (NTIC) is appointed body in Slovakia (art. 45 CLP and §19 of the Chemical Act). Information related to hazardous mixtures is submitted to the NTIC through the central portal of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA Submission portal). Information is provided in the Slovak language and free of charge. More detailed information related to the mentioned obligations is available on the ECHA website, which is dedicated to this issue.
Ingredient datasheets must be submitted electronically to NTIC in either .PDF or .DOC format
Documents can be sent:
- by email to kbu@ntic.sk
- saved on a USB drive and sent to the address

NTIC does not automatically send confirmation of the receipt of data cards for components. If you require a receipt confirmation:
- In the case of sending by email, please provide the desired email address for delivery, along with the list of ingredient datasheets you have submitted (place the list in the body of the email message, not as an attachment)
- In the case of sending by USB by post, send an email to NTIC at kbu@ntic.sk requesting a receipt confirmation. Include the desired email address for delivery, along with the list of ingredient datasheets you have submitted (place the list in the body of the email message, not as an attachment). Be sure to include the date the USB was sent.
